Very different to your usual cheddar, our Westcombe Farmhouse cheese is traditionally handmade using raw cow's milk, with a smooth texture and true cheddar tang. Perfect for cheeseboards, sandwiches or cooking, this versatile cheese is both a weekly fridge staple and artisan cheeseboard addition.This is a traditional clothbound cheddar. Because of the nature of this traditional process, the rind of the cheese (at the thickest point with a curve) can develop some mould in ripening. Simply cut this away and enjoy.
