Ideal for commercial and industrial applications - a robust solution for everyday requirements and archive storage The Open Back Solo Shelving Starter Bay with 6 shelves is a strongly built storage solution for both commercial and industrial environments. The starter bay has steel shelves on a 25 mm pitch each of which are fully adjustable. Each 1 metre shelf has a load capacity of 78kg. The 1 250 mm shelves have a load capacity of 45 kg. A shelf lying on both sides of an upright can be kept in place using one shelf clip. The starter bay is compatible with other Stormor shelving systems. Bracing or cladding to the rear is supported by the inclusion of a folded rear T fitting on the frame. Each bay has a capacity up to 700kg. The Open Back Solo Shelving Starter Bay with 6 shelves comes with two upright frames clips and shelving and where it is needed bracing. Extension bays have a single upright frame as well as clips shelves and other items where needed. In order to be able to stand the extension bays require that there is one starter bay as part of the run. Uprights and shelves are available to purchase in a light grey coloured finish. Shelves also come in graphite grey and suave blue colours. The starter bays have bio-cote protection to fight against the growth of bacteria such as MRSA and E. coli and against cross-contamination.
