Its creator Christian Dell (1893-1974) was the foreman of the metal workshop at the Bauhaus in Weimar in the years 1922-1925, and the Kaiser idell™ Luxus floor lamp is a prime example of Bauhaus design that is still very much in vogue today. A special feature of this floor lamp is its asymmetrically shaped shade with patented swivel joint, which allows the light direction to be changed to both sides by 15 degrees each. In addition, the frame can be slightly varied in height and can thus also be adapted to individual needs.
