Simply dilute 5 litres of SmartSeal Xtreme with an equal amount of water – enough to cover up to 40m². Application is straightforward: first, remove any loose debris, then, wet the surface, next, apply the 1:1 diluted solution generously using a sprayer or watering can, allow it to dwell for approximately 60 minutes, keeping the surface damp during this time, finally, rinse thoroughly with water.
