Unlike aggressive acid-based cleaners that can damage stone, our acid-free formula offers a kinder approach to roof cleaning.Application is straightforward: Begin by clearing loose debris. Always wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves, eye protection, a face mask, and suitable clothing. The cleaner can be used neat or diluted up to 1:4 with water, a test area is recommended to determine the optimal dilution and dwell time. Apply using a sprayer, watering can, or directly from the container. Maintain a damp surface for at least one hour, misting with water may be necessary to prevent drying. After the dwell time, neutralise with a clean water rinse before power washing for pristine results.Caution: Avoid contact with vegetation. Should contact occur, rinse thoroughly. For heavily soiled areas, neat application followed by pressure washing is recommended. Lightly soiled areas benefit from a 1:4 dilution, with a dwell time of up to four hours. Stubborn lichen may require two or three applications, test a small area first to determine the necessary dwell time.Coverage: Up to 50m² per 5L (1:1 dilution).
