StoneCare4U Essential Black Spot Remover effectively eliminates black spots from patios, paving, and paths. This specially formulated cleaner targets stubborn black spots on natural stone and other outdoor stone and masonry surfaces. For optimal results, apply, agitate, and allow a two-to-three-hour dwell time before rinsing. Dirt, grime, algae, lichen, and persistent black spot deposits are removed within two to four hours. Unlike acid-based alternatives, its alkaline formula prevents surface etching or damage. Pre-application, remove loose debris and wear appropriate safety gear (gloves, eye protection, face mask, and protective clothing). Use neat or diluted 1:1 with water, always test a small area first to determine the ideal dilution and dwell time. Apply via pump sprayer, watering can, or directly from the container. Maintain surface wetness during the minimum two-hour dwell time, mist with additional cleaner or water if necessary. Brush stained areas as needed, keeping the surface consistently wet. After two to four hours (or up to eight hours/overnight for heavy soiling), rinse with clean water to neutralize before power washing for a pristine finish. Avoid contact with vegetation, rinse thoroughly if contact occurs. This product contains a chlorine-type agent, staining fabrics and sensitive materials, avoid contact with fabrics and tarmac. Note: slight lightening of some surfaces may occur, test in an inconspicuous area beforehand. Multiple applications (up to three) may be needed for aged lichen.
