Product Description

High-Performance Polyester Resin for Heavy-Duty Anchoring. Soudal Soudafix P300-ST is a two-component, styrene-free polyester resin specifically developed for strong and reliable anchoring of threaded rods, bolts, and rebar into concrete, masonry, and stone. Suitable for medium to heavy-duty fixings in both solid and hollow substrates, it provides fast curing, excellent load-bearing performance, and ease of application with standard sealant guns.. Type: Two-component polyester resin. Base: Styrene-free polyester. Colour: Grey. Packaging: 300ml cartridge (fits standard gun). Temperature Resistance: Up to +80°C (short term). Application Instructions. Surface Prep: Clean the drill hole thoroughly using brush and air pump. Remove all dust and debris.. Mix & Inject: Insert cartridge into gun and attach mixing nozzle. Discard initial portion until colour is uniform, then inject into hole.. Insert Fixing: Push threaded rod or anchor into the filled hole with a twisting motion.. Allow to Cure: Let resin fully cure before applying loads (refer to label for curing times).. Limitations. Not suitable for water-filled or frost-prone holes during curing.. Use correct installation technique and sleeve for hollow substrates.. Health & Safety. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Use gloves and ensure adequate ventilation during use.
