Smith, Who Was Then A Graduate Student At Oregon State University.  YinMn Is More Environmentally Friendly To Produce Than Other Blue Pigments, And Is Less Toxic Than The Cobalt-based Blue Pigments (Cobalt And Cerulean Blue).
