The HSD.55S is a lightweight and robust single-phase submersible drainage pump, with an agitator and impeller constructed from chromium iron to reduce clogging and increase wear resistance when pumping particulate-contaminated water, sludge and bentonite. The hydraulic design of this pump features a double mechanical seal with an oil lifter, for positive seal lubrication in any operating position, not only that, but the high-performance motor enables long periods of operation while partially submerged. Supplied with a pendant float switch, for automatic operation. Built for use and designed for long life application.
