Faithfull Cast Iron Rotary Pump

The Faithfull Cast Iron Rotary Pump is a manual drum pump designed for the economical dispensing of diesel and oil from drums and storage tanks. Built with robust cast iron construction, this rotary pump provides a reliable solution for workshops, garages, and industrial settings where frequent fuel or oil transfer is required. The pump features a telescopic suction tube that extends to a maximum length of 1 metre, allowing access to liquids at various depths within drums. A 2-inch bung adaptor ensures a secure, stable fit on standard drum openings, whilst the integrated strainer filters out contaminants during dispensing to protect equipment and maintain fluid quality. With a flow rate of 310ml per revolution, this rotary pump handles oils up to SAE140 and viscosities up to 410cSt. The pump operates reliably within temperatures ranging from -10°C to +55°C, making it suitable for typical UK workshop environments. Note that due to the cast iron construction, this pump is not suitable for handling liquids with a flash point below 55°C, such as petrol or certain solvents.
