Mocal Sandwich Plates - M20x1.5 Filter Thread, Without Thermostat

These sandwich plates from Mocal provide an oil feed and return for remote oil devices such as oil coolers. Suitable for vehicles with spin on oil filters, the plate fits between the oil filter and engine and screws into place via the male / female centre bolt. These contain a wax stat which only allows oil to flow to the cooler once the temperature reaches 80°C. This provides faster engine warm up times.
