FloPlast Solvent Weld Waste Bend Swivel Male and Female - 90 Degree x 32mm Anthracite Grey

Swivel bends are used to create a tight radius 90 degree change of direction in a waste pipe system. They are also often referred to as M and F bends or spigot bends. They have a long tail that is usually inserted into the socket of another fitting._x000D_This fitting is available in 32mm and 40mm size options._x000D_Our solvent weld waste is manufactured in the UK to BS EN 1455 and is kitemarked._x000D_To make a solvent weld joint, first, ensure that the outer wall of the pipe and the inner wall of the fitting are both clean and free from grit or swarf. Apply SC250 solvent cement to both surfaces. Push the pipe fully into the fitting and give it a twist to ensure that full contact has been made. Clean off any excess solvent with a damp cloth and leave for 5 minutes to set. When using solvent cement, always work in a well-ventilated area and keep the cement away from heat sources or naked flames. Avoid any contact with skin - if contact does occur then wash thoroughly with soap and water.
