This 100mm diameter flap disc with 120g grit grade offers a fine finish for detailed surface preparation work on smaller components and confined areas. With a Ø100/16mm size and bore configuration, it's ideally suited for compact angle grinders, delivering smooth surface finishing after initial grinding or for final weld cleaning applications. The 120 grit provides an excellent balance between material removal and surface refinement. Constructed from aluminium oxide, this disc excels at descaling, rust removal, weld preparation and general surface preparation tasks. The abrasive flaps are permanently bonded to the rigid disc with epoxy adhesive, eliminating the need for a separate backing pad and ensuring immediate fitment.
