Rise and Fall brackets are used when a building has no fascia board. They are most commonly found on barns and cottages.The arm of the fitting is usually built into the brickwork at the eaves. The bracket is then rotated on the arm until the correct height is attained and is then locked in place with the locknut.A standard fascia bracket is then attached to the rise and fall bracket using the small nut and bolt supplied.
