This Eventuri Replacement Filter Element Type E has been developed to provide optimum airflow through Eventuri's custom air intake system. Where the engine has a turbo(s) it will be able to achieve peak boost earlier as it will be working with less resistance. The durable urethane moulding provides a long operational life, retains the cone shape under high load and maintains an effective seal, even when subjected to high vibration.The filter medium is a double layer non-woven dry mesh construction, which means that it will not damage MAF sensors with oil.Eventuri's cone filter design gives a much smoother airflow, eliminating the abrupt internal geometry changes found in conventional cone filter and intake pipe setups.The smooth reduction in cross-sectional area invokes the Venturi effect where the airflow accelerates whilst maintaining laminar conditions. This improved design allows the filter and airbox to act as a larger velocity stack increasing the volume and speed of air entering the turbo which directly translates to better engine performance.Based on their extensive tuning and aeronautics background, the engineers at Eventuri are raising the standards for intake design and development.
