The Sealey HVLP05 is a professional gravity feed spray gun designed for applying clear and base coats with precision and consistency. This HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) spray gun features precision engineering that delivers controlled application whilst minimising overspray and material waste, making it ideal for automotive refinishing and professional paint applications. Built with durability in mind, the HVLP05 features stainless steel fluid passages, needle, nozzle, air cap and air valve, ensuring long-lasting performance with both solvent and water-based paints. The innovative no rubber O-ring design uses non-perishable materials that resist solvent degradation, extending service life in demanding workshop environments. Adjustable air and paint flow controls allow fine-tuning of the spray pattern up to a maximum width of 280mm, giving operators precise control for different coating requirements. The 600ml gravity-fed pot provides ample capacity for extended spraying sessions whilst maintaining excellent balance and manoeuvrability.
