The Roughneck Professional Metal Foam Gun is a heavy-duty expanding foam applicator designed for accurate dispensing of polyurethane foam in construction and installation work. Built with a professional-grade metal construction, this foam gun features a nickel-plated aluminium body, steel trigger, brass barrel and a non-return PTFE ball mechanism for reliable performance. The brass needle incorporates a non-stick coating to prevent foam build-up, whilst the comfortable soft-grip handle makes this tool ideal for extended use on larger projects. The aluminium can holder adaptor ensures secure attachment to standard foam canisters, delivering precise control over foam application. This foam gun is particularly suited to filling gaps in brick, concrete, stone and plaster, as well as sealing spaces around pipework, ductwork, window frames and door frames. It's equally effective for insulation applications, including internally insulating exterior walls, soffits and barge boards, and preparing deep joints before applying plaster or sealant. The tool is supplied complete with two long plastic extension tubes and two plastic nozzles, providing versatility for accessing awkward areas and controlling foam flow in different applications.
