emotional well being course for parents/carers to support their children

Our course is made up of 8 units covering areas to help support parents and carers with children who may be struggling with their emotional well being. The units cover- Understanding mental health Understanding emotions Building resilience Stress management Healthy relationships Social and digital well being Self care and expression gratitude and positivity Then we conclude with a short quiz at the end. The aim of the course is to give parents some strategies and techniques to help support them support their children through challenging times. ***Completion of this course does not result in a qualification of degree. Nor does it qualify participants to practice professionally.***
