Skin Doctors Capillary Clear is an effective treatment that works to dramatically minimise the appearance of broken capillaries and blood vessels. By reducing the extravascular blood flow diminishes the chance of broken capillaries forming. Phytotonine - composed of concentrated extracts of Arnica, Cypress and Solomon’s Seal.
