From my personal experience and vast knowledge of what women want desire and are passionate about most of us work hard in our day to day routines and want our work to be meaningful — whether caring for family working self employed retiring or in between careers we want to be involved and work toward an ideal lifestyle.  Even in the face of conflicting demands and increasing pressures we need to see that our every day moves goals and purpose are heading in the desired direction. This is where I was gifted a diary that helped me with what I wanted to achieve however this was no ordinary book. It had so many tools that I could use which eventually created my own daily habits. I then began to make small incremental changes to my daily routine and eliminated bad habits replacing them with positive ones allowing me to make big changes. Helen is an award-winning business woman author and Career Expert who has a BA (Honours) degree in Business Studies a Further Education Teachers Certificate and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
