Connect the electrode cord to the main unit. Snap one electrode cord to each pad (both pads must be used). Remove and discard plastic film from new pads. (Optional) Attach the unit to the belt clip. Starting Therapy Pad Placement: Place pads on either side of the pain, not directly over it. Ensure pads are at least 3 cm apart. Do not overlap or stack pads. Avoid placing pads over metal accessories or lotion-covered skin. Mode Selection: 3 massage modes: Tapping, Kneading, Rubbing. 6 body-part-specific modes: Arm, Lower Back, Leg, Foot, Joint, Shoulder. Intensity Setting: Choose from 15 levels (1 low – 15 high). Adjust to a comfortable pulsing sensation—not painful. Duration & Frequency Each session lasts 15 minutes (auto shut-off). Pad and Unit Handling Precautions: Use both pads at the same time – therapy will not work with only one. Do not move pads during use. Do not overlap or fold the pads. Pads must be placed at least 3 cm apart. Only place pads on clean, dry, healthy adult skin. Store pads on the plastic holder with the sticky side down. Wash pads gently with cold water only – no soap, cloths, or abrasive materials. Replace pads if damaged, no longer sticky, or after approximately 150 uses. Battery and Cord Safety: Use only 2 AAA batteries (alkaline or manganese). Do not mix battery types or brands. Do not remove battery cover during therapy. Do not touch battery terminals during use.
