Some of the scans additionally include ancillary services such as gendering and 4D. As long as any appointment is booked primarily for a medical reason the merchant will continue to include the other services throughout the lockdown period. All customers are asked to confirm that they are booking primarily for a medical reason such as reassurance or because of a specific concern. Rescans for ancillary services such as gender confirmation or 4D imaging cannot be offered at this time. We continue to work to all national guidelines and this may be subject to change at short notice. Please note that anyone who attends any of our clinics is required to wear a face mask or face covering. This is to protect our customers who because they are pregnant are classed as vulnerable other visitors and our hard working clinic staff. The safety of our customers and their pregnancies are of paramount importance to us. We advise that scans are booked with a 2-week minimum interval to ensure that our Sonographers can provide the most accurate information and that national safety guidance principles are adhered to. There are however as always in medicine justifiable exceptions and we aim to treat each request and each pregnancy individually. It may be that a physical or psychological concern justifies a shorter interval between scans however we always leave at least 7 days between successive scans. Our clinics are always happy to discuss individual circumstances and provide appropriate guidance.
