Location: Apulia, southern Italy. Yield: 100–120 quintals/ha. Training: Spurred cordon & Guyot. Soils: Red earth, naturally rich in organic matter. Winemaking. Soft pressing of the grapes. Very low-temperature fermentation in a controlled environment. Short skin contact for delicate colour and aroma. Aged on the lees in stainless steel to enhance texture and freshness. Taste & Pairing. Bright, refreshing rosé with lively red-berry and citrus notes, a clean mineral line and a crisp, dry finish.
