The CLEAN BOX Max 2 is a robust cleaning system for cleaning large and unwieldy workpieces by hand. Dirt left by e.g. oils, special greases or even wax residue can be effectively removed with the help of the integrated washing brush. The external dimensions of the box (LxWxH) are 2400 x 1420 x 740 mm. Its design allows it to be easily transported by means of a pallet truck and brought to any unwieldy machines or components that need cleaning. The workpieces can be placed on the large working platform on the box and be cleaned safely. The washing brush and the comfortable working height of the box takes the strain off employees during the cleaning process. The working platform consists of a sturdy grate, below which the storage tank with cleaning agent is located. An electric delivery pump pumps the cleaning agent to the flow through nozzle, which is surrounded by the washing brush. The pump is convenient to switch on and off using the foot switch. The CLEAN BOX Max 2 is a useful aid for cleaning particularly large workpieces in an energy efficient and environmentally friendly way.
