Winsor & Newton Artisan : Water Mixable Oil Thinner

The Water Mixable Thinner is a perfect alternative to the solvents commonly used with conventional oil paints, and produces a 'leaner' mixture. This thinner has been specially developed to maintaining the oily feel and keeps colour open longer than when mixed with water. Although water is suitable as a dilutant for the colour, its speedy evaporated can make the colour thicken upon the palette much quicker than conventional oil colour would be when used with turpentine.
