This package is designed to help you to become more focused motivated and in control of your life. Coaching Sessions can incorporate all or any of the following areas: Positive Mindset Career Fitness Meditation Good Life Balance. This package will enable you to: dig deep to clarify your goals Adopt a healthy and positive mindset Develop the self awareness self discipline and accountability required to reach your goals Identify the small sustainable steps required in order to reach those goals These are 60 minute online sessions which can take place either weekly or fortnightly on Zoom video call. This package also includes unlimited whatsapp or text messaging support in between sessions.
