55 Minute Reflexology Session

Reflexology is often overlooked but I promise once you try it you won’t look back! Reflexology is amazing as all your hormone glands organs and bones can be accessed through nerve endings in your feet that are attached to all the parts of your body. By gently stimulating the nerve endings and using soft pressure from my thumbs I can help to increase overall well-being; and give your entire body a nice relaxing beneficial treatment. If you decide to opt for the Essential Oil Blend voucher I will make you up an Essential Oil Blend to take home (once I ve checked for any medications) to help you continue feeling relaxed and calm at bedtime. Sessions are on a Monday between 9-2pm.
