Nicorette QuickMist Freshmint 1mg Mouth Spray is a smoking cessation aid that is designed to help relieve and/or prevent withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings when trying to quit smoking or vaping. It is a safer and less harmful alternative to smoking or vaping, both for the individual and those around them. This product should be used alongside a supportive programme, counselling or under the guidance of a health professional, such as a doctor, nurse or pharmacist to have the best chance of success in quitting smoking/vaping. If cravings don't disappear, use a second spray. You may use two sprays at once for future doses if required. Don't exceed more than 2 sprays per dose, 4 sprays per hour or 64 sprays in a day. Avoid spraying into the eyes and inhaling the spray.
