K&N Typhoon Intake System is a performance induction kit which has been designed to replace the original restrictive air filter element and airbox assembly with a highly engineered, free-flowing intake system, coupled with an X-Stream filter to provide colder, denser air for the ultimate in air flow and temperature reduction.The X-Stream filter has been designed to provide the maximum air flow and horsepower and features a pleated filter top plate which increases airflow directly into the induction system. This offers a crisper throttle response and superior performance (typically 5-15hp!) for improved acceleration and greater driving enjoyment. All this with the highest level of filtration, giving the ultimate protection for the engine.
