A modern, easy‑drinking Sicilian white. Founded in 1998, Cantine Ermes is a leading Sicilian wine cooperative from the Valle del Belìce in Trapani. Created by local growers from Santa Ninfa and Gibellina, it was established to rebuild the region after the 1968 earthquake and to strengthen the local winegrowing community. Fresh citrus and white peach on the nose with subtle floral hints. The palate is crisp, with juicy orchard, citrus fruit, and a touch of minerality.
