This Jim Gray Barspoon is a collaboration between antique barware collectors David Wondrich and Greg Boehm. It's named after James W. 'Jim' Gray, the head bartender at New York's Fifth Avenue Hotel, one of the most elegant bars in the US at the turn of the 19th century. The spoon has a 5ml (1tsp) capacity and features a traditional Silver-Plated EPNS finish. Please note that this finish is not dishwasher safe. The barspoon measures 33cm in length and is suitable for both men and women.
