Roland Champion Eclat de Craie NV Blanc de Blancs Champagne / Half Bottle

37.5cl / 12.5% - The Champion family have been growing grapes in Chouilly since the 18th century and the house is now run by Francois and his two daughters. They used to sell their juice to the big Champagne houses but are now keeping more back to produce their own wines. The Eclat de Craie is 100% Chouilly Chardonnay and has a lifted minerality to it which gives it a savoury edge that is backed up by orchard fruits and delicate white florals. Try this with white bait or shellfish.
