Ideal for baking biscuits, breads, pastries and much more, this baking sheet has been purposefully crafted to deliver an even bake, with a handy rim to make it easy to take out of the oven while wearing oven gloves. What's more, its heavy duty construction means it won't bend or buckle in the oven, even at high temperatures.. Handcrafted from black spun iron that delivers all the heat retention and durability of cast iron, with significantly less weight. The body is made with 99.1% pure British iron and comes pre-seasoned with natural flax oil, meaning you can use it straight away - the flax coating is easy to clean, naturally non-stick, and can be simply restored at home if needed. PTFE & PTFOA free, with absolutely no chemicals.
