Master Moroccan Tajine Hands On Workshop

A perfect start to your Barcelona stay. During my workshop I will give you an inside look into Moroccan culture and cuisine. We begin by visiting the world famous covered market La Boqueria to purchase our ingredients. After making our purchases we go to my modern workshop-kitchen in the colorful, multi cultural area of Raval in Old Town. You will how to make a quintessential Moroccan tajine with couscous with all the accompaniments. This is a true 'hands on' cooking class where you will participate in all food preparations. My workshop is fun, informative and delicious. You will have my undivided attention. Recipes for each dish are available so you can recreate these dishes at home.
