Full Day Chimborazo Volcano From Quito.

The Chimborazo volcano is the highest volcano in Ecuador, it stands at 6,268 meters above sea level, it is something unique on the planet and it is the highest volcano in the world measured from the center of the planet earth. The tour departs from the city of Quito with embarkation and disembarkation at hotels throughout the tourist area (airport hotels with an additional charge). We headed to the Chimborazo Fauna Production Reserve located 4 hours from the city of Quito. Upon arrival we will visit the first refuge to acclimatize and then walk up to the second refuge or the Condorcocha lagoon located 1 hour walk from the second refuge. On the way back to Quito we will make a stop at a restaurant for lunch (not included).
