The wooden hourglass figure is finished in a magnificent metallic anthracite grey that plays with the light and delicately reveals the intricate grain of the sustainably sourced beech wood. The brushed stainless steel head sits proudly on top of the wood with a crown-like button that can be used to adjust the grind setting. The tighter it is, the finer the texture and vice versa. This manual salt mill is turned, painted and assembled in our factories in France and comes with a lifetime warranty on the exclusive steel mechanism. With its sleek lines, the Fidji graphite salt mill sits comfortably in the hand whether you're seasoning on the go or satisfying your personal taste at the table.
