Mexican Cooking from Scratch in a Local Home in Tulum

Fresh ingredients, everything from scratch, flavors of our traditional Mexico; in a beautiful Mexican-style house, surrounded by gardens, everything is set and carefully hand-picked for you to enjoy and live an authentic cultural and gastronomical immersion to the deepest traditions and roots of our ancient Mexican cuisine. Our gastro-cultural experience starts off with a brief introduction to the essential flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine, follow by a mezcal tasting, where we will learn, superficially, about its main characteristics and the right way to taste it. Then, in an ambiance full of joy, music and laughter, we will prepare a full menu with sides, salsa and fruit water "agua fresca" The preparation of tortillas and quesadillas is from scratch, as well as quesadillas, for which we always use artisanal cheese.
