My class takes 1 hour. It is open to beginners, I am here to help you! All materials and ingredients are provided. Studio overlooking quiet courtyard and Paris rooftops. Recipe sheets and details on pastries. Personalized course with a maximum of 2 people. Tasting with tea, coffee or rooibos. A coffee table is available for children. I like customer contact, meeting people from other countries (courses in English too). Come make madeleines and redo them at home, the atmosphere is good. The apartment right in the center, easy access. I give personalized advice on the neighborhood (Vivienne gallery, garden of the royal palace...) and on the pastry shop in Paris.
