All about meringue: a pastry & culinary arts workshop in Paris

Our speakers are experienced trainers, with strong teaching experience and real expertise in the History of Gastronomy. You will thus learn the "little tricks" of the great Pastry Chefs that will allow you to easily reproduce at home these desserts and you will also live an immersive experience in the History of French Pastry by discovering many cultural anecdotes about the culinary arts. A small group of up to 8 people that allows everyone to train and trainers to give you personalized advice. All in a warm apartment in Paris, where you will feel like home, you will live an experience that you are not about to forget!
