Sprinkle Bokashi bran over each layer. Bran sold separately. Press down firmly to remove air pockets. Keep the lid tightly sealed at all times. Drain liquid regularly using the tap. Once full, leave sealed for 2 to 3 weeks to complete fermentation. Before First Use - Installation and Setup Fit the tap securely into the base of the bucket. Insert the inner separation tray inside the bucket. Fit the polystyrene block beneath the tray. Place a sheet of newspaper over the tray before first use. No plumbing or electricity required.
