From July to September, this variety produces wonderfully fragrant, cup-shaped, white flowers that emerge from delicate pale pink buds. Following the blooms are attractive orange-red rosehips, which extend visual interest well into the autumn months. Its glossy green foliage transforms to a buttery yellow hue in autumn, concealing thorny stems that act as a natural deterrent to unwanted visitors.
