A dip-treated base coat preservative is applied, allowing for immediate top coating with your choice of paint or stain after installation. Simple self-assembly is possible with two to three people, using the provided instructions. A flat, level base of sufficient size is required, assembly on grass, soil, or gravel is not recommended.
