The Powerbase Shredder is equipped with a high-torque turbo drive motor that provides extra power when needed to crush tough, woody cuttings. This shredder efficiently reduces the volume of tough garden waste, making it easier to compost or dispose of. It's perfect for all types of green, soft, and woody garden waste, such as hedge trimmings. The mulch produced by the shredder can be used for composting, or, when spread on borders and plant pots, it helps suppress weeds, replenish soil nutrients, and retain moisture during dry spells. Designed for convenience, the large wheels and lightweight build make it easy to move around the garden, even if you're far from the house. For added safety, the shredder includes a safety plunger, which can be conveniently stored on board. It also features a large 60L integrated collection box with a safety switch that prevents removal while the machine is in use. A reverse function is included to help clear any blockages, with control buttons designed to be easily operated, even when wearing safety gloves.
