As impressive as the up and down light cone on the wall appears, the outdoor wall light is inconspicuousness as a simple, dark cylinder made of aluminium. The LEDs are the technical highlights and can display a wide range of temperatures from warm white to daylight white, as well as 16 million colours in continuously adjustable brightness. In order to be able to adjust and select the settings according to your own wishes, integration into Philips Hue via a bridge (see accessories) is necessary. This allows access via app in combination with other smart components (for example, motion detectors - see accessories) and integration into other ZigBee based systems so that voice control can be implemented as well.
