The wafer-thin layers of veneer wood are applied to a stabilising acrylic body using vacuum technology. The 0.4 mm thin wood is thus stabilised and will last a lifetime. A continuously dimmable LED light bar provides soft, even and indirect lighting. When switched on, the wood takes on a particularly colour-intensive glow. The special structure of the wood is revealed in all its splendour – a sight that never ceases to fascinate – and as individual as a fingerprint. The light base is made of steel, with a rod that keeps it off the floor, and has felt glides to protect the floor. The light comes with an LED bulb and a continuously dimmable dimmer switch.
