Senecio ‘Silver Dust’, recognised with an RHS Award of Garden Merit, showcases distinctive, finely divided silvery-white foliage. Best treated as a half-hardy annual, this plant is ideal for edging borders, as a striking feature, or in pots. Forming a neat mound of fabulous foliage approximately 20-25cm (8-10in) high, it provides the perfect foil for both strong and pastel-coloured blooms. Before planting outdoors, gradually acclimatise the plants for 10-15 days, then plant 15-20cm (6-8in) apart in a sunny location with light, well-drained soil once all risk of frost has passed.
