An excellent late summer to winter vegetable, this Pack of Monarch Celeriac produces high quality roots which are large, smooth and creamy coloured throughout. Delicious grated in salads or as mash, this is an excellent addition to any garden. Easy to grow, simply plant between March and April for harvesting in August through December.
