Welcome to 10 Week Fat Loss Challenge. In the 10 Week program you will get:  Online Support. 2 Sessions per week (between 5am - 10pm). Personalised weight loss plan. A half way point check in with me to fine tune your plan and make sure you are getting on okay. Constant support and coaching from me with access to have personal questions answered every week.
