The XR FLEXVOLT battery pack is not only interchangeable across the 54V power tools range but is also backwards compatible with all existing DEWALT 18V XR tools. It has been constructed with a high torque brushless motor which delivers high performance and power of up to 5800 rpm. The brushless motor offers incredible efficiency and increased power delivery, resulting in less wear and increased longevity of the tool. The tool is guide rail compatible allowing for quick and easy use with the DEWALT guide rail system for accurate fast cutting.
