With a consistent flow for a smooth writing action, Gelly Roll Pens are great for writing, drawing, and colouring and these fluorescent colours will glow under a black light source (UV lamp).The opaque inks are suitable for light and dark-coloured drawing surfaces and can also be used on photographs. Inks will not smear, feather, or bleed through on most papers.
